Where to get wheels painted
I'd like to get my wheels made into gloss black. Anybody know where, and for how much I can get this done?

A HUNDRED OR TWO!!!! WHAT! For wheel-off, spray here spray there, wheel back on? That's ridiculous! What the shizz! Who pays that?!?!

Re: Where to get wheels painted
they would most likely powered coat not spray, if they advised spraying I'd be i'd be looking elsewhere ....... i sprayed mine but that's because i don't have a big oven :)
but yeah probably a hundred or two |
Re: Where to get wheels painted
Did you just rattle-can spray it? Did it work well?

Re: Where to get wheels painted
i stripped them down to the metal, polished the polished bit, masked off, primed, sprayed then lacquered

Re: Where to get wheels painted
Try over at Farley Customs. I think he does powder coating, or he could advise. However hes not always quick and budget for new bearings.

Re: Where to get wheels painted
That looks so pro! How do you strip it down to the metal? Pain thinner? That looks really good man, exactly what I want! How did you get them off too?

Wideboy, Sorry, I meant the tyres and shizz.. How much did you spend over all?
Sensai, I will check them out and pop the question. I'd rather mimic wideboy if it's cheaper. |
