sponsorship details??

this may be a stupid question but on the entry forms for bemsee where you fill in the sponsor details why does it ask for the sponsor's acu licence number??? is this compulsory???

In order for your sponsor to be entitled to the "extra" pass they must hold an ACU Sponsors Licence, they don't need one to be a sponsor, but without it you're only entitled to 3, not 4 passes ;)

You can put your sponsor down but if they dont have an ACU number then leave it blank. Your sponsors name will then be printed into the programme and results sheets if there is enough space so gives them a bit extra coverage.
