Crash Damaged K3

Heres a quick list i made up, yet to have a proper look at the bike but i dont think there is any thing else other than this :-

Needs
Front cowl
Front indicators
Clock surround
Right clip on bar end + weight
Throttle tube
Right foot peg
Rear brake lever
Right mirror

Repairable / poss replacement
Rear right cowl (needs painting)
Grab rail (scraped)
Front sub frame (unknown damage)
Exhaust hanger (poss straighten? Have original foot peg / hanger)
Plastic below front cowl (unknown damage if any)
Forks (unknown damage if any)

So ive got some options of which 2 i am favouring as i want to sell the bike.
1. Fully repair
2. Turn it into a naked
3. Sell it as it is
4. Break it for spares

Im fully comp but i think they will write the bike off and as i only insured the bike back in November and i have £350 excess and will lose my NCB etc etc i see that being more expensive in the long run, my 2 favoured options are turn it into a naked or sell it as it is, what do you reckon the value of the bike would be if the forks were straight, because as mentioned above i dont know the situation of the forks yet, they look good but a mechanic at work reckons they are slightly out.
So converted to naked whats it worth and sold as it is whats it worth?
Thanks

well i got my k3 naked for £1800 with 15k on the clock with a few extras so that should give you a price mark for the naked conversion

So if i was to ask for 1200 - 1300 for mine do you think i wouldnt have a hope in hell?

Seriously no. There are fully running/working/cosmetically functional bikes going for not much more.

You'd be lucky to get £1000 on a good day I reckon.

<rummages in pocket> I'll give you £15.64 and a SanDisk Titanium 2Gb USB stick for it.
