Anyone else think this is a bit of a waste of time & money?

Suppose it has to be done but could see the CPS raising an eyebrow if it got that far. Suppose the right answer would have to be "No Comment"

There is a significant difference between Assisted Suicide and a Mercy Killing.

This was an apparent mercy killing not an assisted suicide. The law surrounding this has been in the spotlight for the suicide cases, and is being changed, but not for what this guy 'apparently' did
