doc has banned me from my bike
For a month whilst torn ligaments in my ankle repair.
He reckons supporting the weight of the bike could add to the load I am already carrying on my dodgy ankle. I have only ridden the damm thing once since November last year. I will be even more wooden by the time I get back in the saddle. What is worse is the wife knows he said it. I will have no chance to ignore his advise with her beedy eye on me |
Re: doc has banned me from my bike
At least you're not missing any good riding weather.

The police should have banned you years ago Tim.

Re: doc has banned me from my bike
Happened to me two years ago too Tim. My fault for enjoying myself by going to Shrewsbury via the A40 and Wales instead of the boring M40/M42/M5/M6/M54. Mine was only tendonitis but it hurt like stink, would not have been able to change gear anyway, and it DID coincide with nice weather.
Just heal up and get ready for the warmth we may eventually get this year. |
Re: doc has banned me from my bike
I'll swap your ankle for my elbow as I bet having a dodgy ankle doesn't affect blow drying your hair. I'm geting just a little bit pee'd off with looking like Suzi Quattro.
