Braided lines

Stainless braided, black sleeving over parts of it, stainless ends.
Actually an OEM triumph set but should be long enough for SV-S.

Over the mudguard setup. Good condition, looks neat.

Not checked thread pitches yet but I will sort stainless bolts to suit and check length obviously on interest from someone.

£40 collected
£45 posted
£55 fitted

Re: Braided lines

Dibs, will they fit the pointy?

EDIT: Hang on a mo, get new ones for that money mate

What's special about these Triumph ones?

And I ordered GG pads last night 'cos you said HH summer/GG winter and I want them to do both, and I'm not so heavy on brakes, is there any point having braided lines if you don't have sintered pads as well?

Re: Braided lines

Are those in your link stainless fittings? If they are I will reduce price.

They should fit pointy, I will check lengths.

Yes braided lines improve brakes no matter what pads you have, they make the lever much firmer and you can feel what's going on much better.

I have no idea mate. If you check lengths, I'll check to see if these are stainless fittings. They say "guaranteed forever", but what does that mean?

Guaranteed if you wear through them on bottom yoke they will blame you for fitting them wrong :-P

Just fwiw I've just bought a brand new pair of braided stainless lines with banjo bolts for £45 delivered (curse radial M/C's!)

What are curvy and pointy line lengths btw?

Dunno, I thought I had some stock pointy ones kicking about to measure but I can't find them.

:) My Experience with Goodridge SS Lines it that they stand behind their products, If they fail they will stand behind them.

They will ship you the correct lines for your bike model and year without guessing at line lengths and banjo bolt pitches,

Enjoy the ride, and best regards,
Blair

From Goodridge's own site.....

Stainless SV650S lines:
With zinc plated fittings.... £45
With stainless fittings....... £60

So, at a guess those at M&P are gonna be plated. They'll be fine for several years as long as you look after em.

Can't say for certain, but aren't Triumph's fitted with stainless lines/fittings as standard. What say you Chris?
