Machined parts suggestions.

To cut a long story short, i have a mate with his own engineering / toolmaking company, 4 blokes plus himself.
They have CNC millers and lathes.
Its only in idea stage atm but im thinking of getting into machined parts /accesories for bikes, he has seen his work dwindle a bit due the automotive sector taking a nosedive so i spoke to him about expanding his horizons.
I would do design work in regards to CAD and sell them, he would machine the parts and take care of all that.
Question i would like to ask, what is there a shortage of in terms of bits to modify your bikes.
Things suggested so far is
Wheel spacers,
Brake caliper brackets (ones that actually fit and enable you to fit bigger discs and calipers?
My idea, gear and brake levers with a designed to break area so that the right angles bits can be replaceable.
Rear sets, but more affordable.
Yokes.

For all you modding your bikes any suggestions welcome, maybe even some guinea pigs wanted.

Thanks
Phil

custom made fairing brackets to allow different fairings to be placed on different bikes.

A fairly priced exhaust hanger for a curvy wouldn't go a miss

Good idea but knowing what fairing would be suitable prior to making a bracket for it would be difficult.

And thinking about it a nicely fitting and not over priced machined clutch cover for a curvy

Stainless bar ends and paddock stand bobbins. Yokes like you say would be good if they're like dizzys

Decent radiator guards that don't have SV650 on them. Chain guards too

+1 on the gear and rear brake pedals. I'd like some nice ones that replace the stock ones on my R1. Not the whole rearset...just the pedals. Bobbins and bar ends are easy to do.

I did think about putting a roller ball type heavy duty bearing in the basic shape of a bar end so if you came off it would roll a bit rather than grind with replaceable rollers maybe.

Stainless bar ends would be ok, just the price of machining stainless is greater.

There's an idea for a crash bung!

Top yoke to fit '06 naked speedo and handlebars on a '04-'05 Gsxr 600/750 fork swap...
Clamps to fit '06 naked headlight on a '04-'05 Gsxr 600/750 fork swap...
And, by the way... I'd love to be your guinea pig for that stuff!
... Does it look like I'm doing that fork swap on my '06 naked?
