Re: is this a fair sentence
Yep, that sounds about right.
That curfew is an odd one for someone her age, she's not exactly likely to be stopped is she? Or did she get a tag? Pete ;) |
Re: is this a fair sentence
sounds like she is getting a tag lol
there where serious undertones of drink driving which she could not be charged with due to time of arrest. |
Re: is this a fair sentence
This isn't another one of your "customers" is it?

Re: is this a fair sentence
Can't comment on a professional level but it seems a bit lenient when you consider it includes leaving an injured party.
That said, if she has an unblemished record going back many years its probably fair in so much as she has enough remorse not to do it again. |
Re: is this a fair sentence
Personally I think a ban would have been fair, leaving the scene of an accedent and failing to report it should be enough to demonstrate that the person should not have the priviledge of being allowed to drive a vehicle on public roads.

Did I miss something... what actually happened?!

Re: is this a fair sentence
That's a rubbish sentence - the grammar and spelling are apalling!:p

Re: is this a fair sentence
Yep fair in my eyes, as Pete says odd in the fact she got a curfew but without the full story and circs I can't comment on the reasons of the curfew.
We are meant to be ageist so I suppose her being 50 should not come into things. Quote:

Re: is this a fair sentence
Around here the time of arrest is rarely a problem cos the CPS back-calculate the blood alcohol level.
