Replacing front brake lever.
 
i need 2 change the brake lever on my 05 sv 650 s. how do i go about doing this. any 1 know how

Undo the M6 nut on the underside (10mm spanner) then use a large flat bladed screwdriver to undo the bolt.

Simples.

See where the lever pivots on its mounting?That is a bolt which you unscrew and remove.It may have a 10mm nut on the end,I cant remember.When you have removed it the lever will come off.To replace is the reverse operation.

Grease the pivot too (when replacing).

While the bike's still on the stand - try the lever!
