Some joker bent the rear subframes on the K4's. Then nobody ever bothered to fix it

If there is, I doubt you would notice.

I know that the Pointy cams make an upgrade for Curvy engines, so I'm guessing that Pointy engines are better than Curvys (but not significantly)
As between K3 & K4 I don't think there's any difference in the engines.

If you're choosing between them, the K3 has a higher seat height, so depends how tall you are.

K3 spat rods out occasionally, that's about it. Engine wise there is couple bhp not a lot in it.
