Morocco

So, in keeping with my "enjoy today for tomorrow you could die" ethos it seems I've signed myself up for a bikey trip to Morocco

The bikes leave a week tomorrow to get trucked down to Malaga, we fly down three weeks today to meet them and begin 18 days of on/off road riding...

We're following the same route as these guys, riding down from the north of the country, up and over the Atlas mountain range to a big loop in the Sahara desert and back through the mountains

Final preparations happen to the bike tomorrow, new sprockets dropping a tooth on the front and getting everything packed up to go with the bike, new rear tyre goes on on Sunday and we're ship shape

Starting to get that gut feeling again, reckon it's gonna be a good'un...

Anyone been before? Any advice?

Morocco is cool, and you'll loose track for the number of times you get offered hash-hish.

If you get near a city, watch out for the mobylettes - they are just mental.

Oh wow! Carpe diem indeed!

Sounds like a whole lot of fun. I'm off on a similar trip soon too.

Enjoy. You'll love Morocco.
