Advice re exhaust touching engine case?

I had to mod my Leo vince full system on my race bike for ground clearance when cornering, got a problem now though with the header pipe touching my engine sump, do you think this will cause any harm to the engine sump with the high temperature that the header gets up to? :confused:

Its touching as it is so don't think heat shield would be any benefit.

I wouldn't have thought so, I'm no expert, but I imagine both areas get fairly hot.
