BBC Coverage - Moto GP

The BBC didnt show the quali last night on Red Button, instead opting to show the golf... tonight they are also meant to be showing the 125 & Moto 2 races before the main race on BBC 3.

At the moment, the golf is still on so not showing on red button!!!

If this bothers you, please complain otherwise they will do this all year!!!

If you have Eurosport, lucky you... my missus wont let me get sky :(

Are you trying to watch it using Freeview? As it's on the BBC red button on mine but that's through Virgin Media. If it's freeview it's always a problem as they don't have enough channels through the red button quite often. I'm still watching it via Eurosport though ;)

BBC were showing quali live on their website as well last night..

Dont bother me, got Sky + Eurosport = job done.

Yet again the BBC demonstate why they shouldnt have the rights to show motogp. It amazes me that they do such a quality job with the F1, but make such a mess of the Moto GP coverage.

Already complained before reading this thread. BBC really bug me with the way they see bike racing as some sort of bizarre minority sport. Showing golf on BBC2 and red button? FFS... is the scheduling bloke a golf groupie or something.

How much of my license fee went on buying the rights to show MotoGP and support classes? And then they can't be arsed to show it anyway.

Thing is, they probably see it as bidding for Moto GP (i.e. Rossi, Lorenzo et al) and not the support races. Same as F1, they could probably show GP2 as part of the rights but don't. Just a shame that for most real bike fans the support classes are regularly much better.

It's The Masters. They've always shown it.

As for being a minority sport... compared to golf, it is.
