Re: Dipped mot

if the exhaust is stamped and baffled then it will pass an mot regardless of noise surely?

Re: Dipped mot

Yes, you are correct, but I need a new end can because the existing one is too noisy as the internal seals and fixings have gone. I think Ihave found a solution at the "FUEL" exhaust website who seem to offer a good deal on kit.Unless there are any other suggestions I think I will go there ....and reviews seem very positive too...cheers

might have a renegade exhaust for sale soon, but how soon i dont know, it wont come with any thing but the exhaust, its not road legal but will need to have a baffled fited and the not road legal bit taped over for mot, it will pass like that no questions asked looking for about £50 its mint condition
You will have to use the link pipe u have and the strap you have as these arnt for sale im on my phone atm so cant give much detail

I've just had mine mot'd about 30 minutes ago unbaffled stubby'd race can.
If the noise doesn't bother you I'd be inclined to leave it...
If you do just want another one I'd scan ebay, there always seem to be "nearly new" cans on there, cheaper than buying from a shop.

Your can sounds like Goliath farting into a barrel.

If its a pointy I have a standard can that I dont want which you could put on for your mot... I just want it out of the garage.

Of course if its a curvy then ignore my post.
