Have i purchased the right 25kw CDI?

Lads/Lassies,

I know i am not here long:rolleyes:

Any chance someone here knows if the cdi unit (part no:32920-17GB0) will fit a 2003 injected SV650, have to restrict the bike to 25Kw to conform with me license:mad:

Cheers

or if you want the hole ECU injection comp just call your local suzuki dealer and ask them for the part number.

or try this number its for D&K used and new parts : 01782250177

they have most parts for any bike you can think of... not always new but then used = cheaper.

Sounds a close enough match & I would trust Baph on this. So unless you have some reason to distrust it (eg. you can still do 120+) I would think you have the right thing.

07-09 could well be different. was it '07 that the twin spark plugs per head started? Are they controlled by the ECU? (proper name for what you call CDI)
Could account for the difference between ~17G10 and ~17GB0.

I really think this is one for calling a dealer - I'm sure they would be able to give you the right part number for your K3

Yeah the K7-on ECU won't fit your bike unfortunately.
