wiring colour codes?
 

Anyone know the full list of wiring colour codes for japanese bikes?

I have a list of the DIN codes,

Black . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Sw
Blue . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Bl
Brown . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ....Br
Green . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ..Gn
Gray . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Gr
Orange . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .....Or

but my Serow diagrams have colours listed I dont recognise,

i.e. Sb (sable?)
Ch
Dg
L/W L/W (something and white?)

L/W means blue and white in some old bike manual I have, maybe RD one, lozzo may know. Spanner man will for sure.

Can you not figure it out by process of elimination?

Probably, but I'm currently tucked up with a laptop, a bike manual, coffee and pringles :)

Ahh, bit of reasearch, found a list of the jap colour codes used on bikes:
Ch is chocolate (WTF!)
L/W is blue / white (well done YC)
Sb Sky Blue
Dg dark green

thought they sounded familiar, RD400 manual uses same :)
