rivet link chains

Hi im after a new chain for my sv, probably going to opt for the DID set from busters at around £80 - would anyone reccomend?

Now, I dont have a rivet tool so could i go for the circlip type or is it not advisable on these bikes?

Cheers,

James

use the split link to ride to a mechanic who will rivet it for you,

AGREED.

get the best you can afford. i would personally go for a did or similar top of the range chain. get a clip link and ride it to a local place to get it rivited. You could do it at home but somone who has done 100's will do a better job then you with a tool and lets be honest i wouldnt take any chances with a chain.
