Spark plug heat ranges
 
Im wondering if for instance someone was to run a plug that was too cold, would it cause poor running at lower RPM when the combustion temps are lower?

Might allow fouling which could cause problems.

I presume that would make tickover uneven and surgy and also low RPM low throttle openings... Hmmm interesting indeed.
