Whos done it - what are the dos n donts - how much will it be for a 4 / 5 bed nrish to the sea in S France ?

any recommendations folks ? or is it arm n leg time?

I use www.villarenters.com never been to France though but its a good place to start. This is a site that the owners list their villas through so no travel agency fees etc.
