I did it Friday evening and had ice on it for hours. Not a crash incident by the way. :)

You need to go to A&E now!

Depending on the damage you could have broken bones trapping blood vessels or nerves causing long term damage. If there is dislocation or fractures then then MAY need to be straightened ASAP

unless of course the photo is more dramatic than it really is... Otherwise you should be in the car already.

+1 sooner they can catch/sort these things the better.

Unfortunately that means A+E on saturday night which I'm sure will be great.

It'll have to wait until tomorrow now. Photo shows it as it is. I think the small finger first knuckle is broken possible the next finger knuckle also.
