K7 Sport Onwards Hugger fitting

Just to settle why any huggers wont fit the K7 onwards Sport model its just been confirmed to me that the Sport model has a swingarm length of 589 as opposed to the standard models which have a swingarm length of 595.

Obviously the shorter swingarm makes the bike more responsive.:p

To add to this. Pyramid are currently designing one for the newer bike K7 onwards. It is likely to be a couple of months before we see it for sale though!

Cool. Its only the K7 onwards Sport that is different. The normal faired non sport model has the longer swingarm.

I bought a k8 almost a year ago with a new pyramid hugged that didn't fit and was supposidly designed for the pointy models. I had to drill new sets of mounting holes on the hugger to get it to fit! They are certainly taking their time to fix it!
