Roxter bike covers at infinity for a tenner. Any good?

Anyone got or had a Roxter aquatex bike cover? Infinity are flogging them again for ten pounds and I was wondering if they're ok or not to bother.

I think Roxter are re-badged Oxford. I've got their Aquatex one, cost £28 from J&S and is good quality and the large is very large. So a tenner is good value.
