Ref: fitting a Scorpion Street Extreme end can, Silicone?

Possibly a stupid question but ..........I am about to fit a Scorpion Street Extreme end can on my 08 sport, and in the instructions it mentions using silicone on the joins, is this any old bathroom silicone or is it a special exhaust one for use at high temps?
Thanks
Jim

Anyone else who might be wondering how to do this can have a look at the above for a three part guide on how to fit a can. Seems pretty comprehensive.
