Ebay idiots.
 
I sold my Akrapovic system to a bloke on ebay with Buy It Now. I only take paypal. He doesnt have paypal so he says he'll come with cash. Not a problem. So I tell him where I live which is about 3 and a half hours from him. He's shocked! Well you check dont you? So I offer to post it if he doer a bank transfer. Hed rather wait a week and get his mate to drive him up.
So he arrives with cash and leaves with the system and informs me its for his 1200 bandit. I ask if he knows its for a gixxer 600 and he says he'll "make it fit".
Happy joy joy, off he goes. Some time later i get a text saying "this system is shlte and I want to send it back". So obviously it didnt fit ... Even with the CUTTING AND WELDING HE'S DONE!
So should I let him sent it back? :D

Its not like you didn't tell him again seperately, you gave him the chance to back out. He also said, "Will make it fit". Tell him to stuff it.

If he goes down the Ebay / Paypal dispute route, he hasn't got a leg to stand on!!

Ebay does seem to be getting more and more idiots on there. This year I have had more problems with eBayers than I have had before buy a long way. The latest was a CBR wheel where the guy wanted to pick it up from me (he is only 20 miles down the road). After 4 weeks of yeah I'll be down tomorrow/ weekend / later in the week I gave up registered a ebay dispute and relisted it. The irony is the second time it sold for alot more than the first time.
