Numb Back-side
Is the numb bum you get from the SV specifically related to the seat, or is it just a feature of the bike.
More importantly has anyone managed to rectify the problem completely? |

Yeah with the gel seat. It starts in my lower back and spreads downwards lol!

Re: Numb Back-side
The stock seat is like a slab of concrete, if you are still having bum issues with a gel seat, then i suggest a new bike.
I dont get any bum aches on my St now, even before i got my gel seat for it. From all the things you are trying to change for comfort mate, it looks like you will have to make the decision i did, i couldnt be comfortable on the sv after 50 miles, after that it became a chore. The comfort kit made a difference admittedly, but back ache, bum ache, it just wasnt for me in the end :( I have done 300+ miles in a day on it so it wasnt that i didnt give it a go. |

Re: Numb Back-side
the .orgers traditional method of alleviating numb bum is the lunge
for years there have been pics of .orgers, lunging after a long ride, lunging before and sometimes even lunging during |
