New Avon Storm STs on my bike.
 

Got some new tyres on yesterday- thanks to Spanner Man and Bill.

A pair of Avon Storm ST's.

Just as it starts tipping down!!

Still- nice to have a bike that rolls again- though it's a little too eager to roll into bends at the moment- a bit disconcerting during scrub-in time!

Looking forward to really getting to use these tyres, as I've heard a fair bit of good about them on this lovely forum.

Stewart also spotted uneven rear pad wear- I must stop putting off the caliper rebuilt. I guess it'll be new seals again...!

how much are these avon tyres and what profile are they cheers

You can get 120 60 or 120 70.

I tried both 120 60 and 70 on the old storms and preferred the 120 70

& yes you will have to have the caliper rebuilt. Let me know when & I'll get the seals in.

Blinding. I might be doing the same with the clutch cable and worm drive soon too...
