Mystery connection on battery.

I've just replaced the battery on my sv650 SK1. There are a couple of smaller connections that go on with the normal battery connectors that I have never really given much thought to. The only problem is the other end of these connectors (a white plug with two prongs) has disconnected itself and is now just hanging there. I don't know what it is and I can't see where it was connected. Any ideas?

So it's just there so I can charge the battery without lifting the seat?

Yeah. When you buy a charger, like an optimate, it will come with a connector so you can plug the charger into your bike without f***n around taking the seat off. then trying to fit the clips into the daft small space.

I have mine so the wires run into my back seat / cowl. Makes life alot easier.

If you don't have the charger to match the connector you may aswell take it off.

Retard! ;)
