Re: About on the money for a shock?
I might be wrong, but I think that shock will be about 12mm shorter and a whole lot softer than your stock unit.
On price -it's not a lot of money, but I don't think I'd pay that for one that old. |
Re: About on the money for a shock?
they are about 12mm shorter. I'm thinking about having it resprung and i know that the stock shock i'm running gives almost zero confidence on the rough stuff.
Money no object it would be a decent road/ race shock |
Re: About on the money for a shock?
Its too short and the stroke length is wrong and the valving is wrong and the spring rate is wrong.
Or in other words, buy something else :) |
Re: About on the money for a shock?
It is more wrong than most of shocks nicked off other bikes.
Try find one from SRAD if you are light or ZX6R if you are heavier |
Re: About on the money for a shock?
