E-bay, Will Not Honour Sale:
 

Won an exhaust for my curvy at the weekend and seller will not honour the sale. Said he had wrongly listed it with no start price! If it had been the other way I am sure he would have taken the extra money off of me.

I've never had to use it but I thought there was a 'dispute' tool for stuff like this.

Maybe you could discuss a mutual compromise?

Make a formal complaint. You made a bid in good faith and it has been ignored. :toss:

If that fails, then it is my perennial favourite of posting him a lunchbox full of turds!

My Mrs had this with a ball dress she won. No comeback unfortunately. She told ebay but they did sod all. The best you can do is leave him stinking bad feedback.

Find something else he is selling, get loads of people to bid stupid amounts of money on it, let the winning bidder ignore his e mails and not pay for the item, when he opens a non payment issue with e bay reply saying that it has been paid for with cash on collection, let e bay charge him their cut .................................................. ..:smt003:smt003

start a formal dispute on ebay and contact paypal for no receipt of goods as they can put pressure on the seller/ take the money transfered back out

Sellers fault, you get to review the ad before it goes live, you get an instant email showing the page layout, nail his hat on mate, do as stated above, get what u won!!!
