Lorenzo has raced really well and probably deserves it; but he's such a tool. I can't watch a race without wishing for some Rossi last-lap finale still.

Because he's not Rossi. And because he has dared to beat Rossi on occasion (Likewise Stoner).
I wouldn't mind seeing him as champ in the absence of Rossi (who can't win now can he?) and I think he's done the most to deserve it. Only problem is I'm getting a bit sick of Spain winning everything at the moment.

Next season's shake up will no doubt be fun to watch :)

I'd rather good racing, than Rossi to win any day of the week. Pedrosa/Stoner/Lorenzo could have some great races the way they've been riding recently.

I notice de Puniet didnt get the same admiration and incredulation as Rossi after getting back to racing so fast after his serious injury. Nor did Lorenzo last year when he had to be carried to the podium.
