Stroke Association
 

I am not sure if i am allowed to do this but i thought i would give it a go as it is for a very good cause.

On 12th September 2010 i am doing a sponsored Tree Top challenge event at Go Ape for the STROKE ASSOCIATION.

The reason behind me doing it, is that a friend of my wife has had multiple strokes over the last week and is only 35 years young and has 3 children the youngest being only 11 months old.

I am trying to raise at least £200 for the charity.
