Poor running SV650 - cause?

On june 22nd I bought a curvy, the very same day the regulator was blown out.
I adviced the shop to use a honda regulator (thanks to this forum)
A week later I got the bike back but it ran poorly. So I had it returned to the shop again, they kept it 5 weeks without any notification. Then they said they couldn't encounter my problem! Sut they assured the bike was perfect now.
Well of course not, so now I recorded, well my girlfriend, recorded us riding and I sent the link to the shop....... they say they can not hear anything unnatural!!!!
So according to them the bike is ok after seeing the video.

A lawyer is talking to them to undo the contract and give me back my money!
I never ever want see these people again.

I suspect the CDI (ignitor) because wehn I bought the bike the shopowner said they had replaced the regulator, so the regulator I blew out was the 2nd one. Therefore I think the CDI has been damaged, it cou;ld be that some electronic devices were damaged because of a broken regulator. The probs occur when I am descending, or with a continuous speed. In the city with many traficlight it runs ok.
Maby the throttle sensor?

Having that said: I am not interested fixing it, these *******s have to giveme back my money, simple as that.

sounds quite like its puffing quite a bit, and if they are being prats, then getting you're money back is the best option, maybe with some compensation for selling you a bike and keeping it for half the time you owned it :P

Half the time!?
I have owned it 9 weeks and they kept it 6 weeks :)

I am ready for paying off my contract, I'd rather loose some money then ever again talking to this idiots.

You shouldn't have to loose anything though.

I was looking into this type of thing recently and there's something about vehicles from a garage having to be reliable. Yours sounds like it isn't, but also it's recommended you give them a chance to fix it first. Try CAB and see what they say.

I'm sure I found the link on Moneysavingexpert.com (can't view it at work so no linky)

Ste

BTW I'm not an expert on this, just sharing what I'm found.
