Headlight Adjustment?

Evening all, Changed my rear susp linkages the other day to raise the rear end a bit, Headlights now seem CRAP which i guess i should have thought of before i did it really! other than Trial and Error anyone got any suggestions/tips on adjustments?

Park it front wheel against a brick wall and use the line of bricks as a guide to how high/low you are adjusting them.
