Re: i have your number
You shouldn`t have mine, I think it`s only able to store numbers if you`ve accessed facebook via your mobile

Re: i have your number
If I didn't want you to have my number then you wouldn't have it. I am fully aware all my facebook friends have access to my number. :)

Re: i have your number
My personal mobile number is published on the Lord's website and in about 10 PR directories. Texts from any of you are fine - it's the crazy Indian cricket journos who ring me at 5 in the morning I can't be doing with.

its if you've got it on your mobile, it logs all the numbers. I think its a bit cheeky but tbh if you're on someones facebook then you would have thought you have thier nmber anyway. Only really becomes an issue if your a dope and add random friends you dont know just to boost your friend count. |
Re: i have your number
OOOO!!!
I specifically told the Blackberry app NO when it asked to sync all my phone book upto facebook. Annoyingly the IPhone app just did it all without asking and there is some sensetive info in there what with it being linked to my corporate account. Removed and deleted and I've had enough with FB methinks. I deliberatly didn't post anything I don't care about world+dog seeing so I don't have to worry about security. Now they seem to be taking it upon themselves to post up data FOR you without asking and that I take issue with. I mean this time they didn't also take the "notes" appended to the contacts but what's to stop them doing that at some other point without asking which them compromises secure account details and the like which as far as I'm concerned are on encrypted systems and I DON'T want published publicly and hosted by some 3rd party forever and without my permission! *fume* Yes it's my own fault partly for installing FB app and having anything to do with them in the first place, on the other hand up until now I've had little reason to REALLY distrust them as I wasn't offering any information I didn't want to!, until now! Lesson learnt and I understand why the security guys are always so jumpy about this stuff, clean device from now on. |
Re: i have your number
Well you've got mine but not thanks to facebook, it's not on there and it won't be going on there either.
