ive been riding on a restricted licence for nrly 2 years and im 19 do i have to send my licence of to get a new one or do they send u a new one automaticaly? cheers for any help..

You don't need to send it off AFAIK

But they definitely don't send you a new one

You keep the same licence and hope the copper that pulls you can +2 onto the date you passed your test.

And no, me and my friend had this discussion, he's been off restriction for a few years now and still has the <25kw written on his licence, he rang up the DVLA who told him that they have it all on record etc and theres no need to update your licence
