Carb balancing lines

Just got a carb balancing tool. Just need to instal lines from the carbs to plug into the tool, ive read up how to do this but have no idea where to get tee pieces and taps from? I need a nipple for the front carb as well or is there one there under the rubber cover thingy?

If you've been reading about installing tees, I imagine you've been reading about installing some plumbing that makes attaching gauges regularly easier.
For a one off balance you only need to remove a nipple cover on the front carb (very fiddly) and iirc disconnect a tube on the back carb. Then just push your gauges hoses right on.

Mr Tom is correct.
You can easily attach the gauge to the rear carb as it's obvious as soon as you lift the tank.

The front connection is at the lower right side of the front carb, and can be accessed using pliers and fingers but it's a fiddle, so I just added a little bit of rubber line and capped it off so it became slightly easier. This is not needed.

I usually tee into the back carb so the fuel tap stays open. I work in a lab though so it's easy to find the bits.
