SV650 pointy front end. Whats it worth?
 

If i go ahead and stick the GSXR front on the SV i will have the front off my pointy up for sale.

What you guys think is a fair price for the it?
Just looking to see how much i will be able to recoup when all is done.

A couple of hundred quid, have a look on eBay and price up what the parts go for.

Depends what condition its all in and whether you sell it complete or split it, probably get more if it was split and sold but then there is the chance that you may not sell all the bits.
Calipers usually get £30-£35 each, wheel about £50-£60, yokes £40 the pair, clip-ons £10 each, brake discs probably about £25 each, mudguard £20, wheel spindle £5, forks anything around £100 mark.
That all adds up to around £350, so I would be looking for around £300 for the lot.

Or you could just hang on to it, and swap it back over when the time comes to sell the sv. If you plan on part exchanging your bike at some point in the future, a dealer would rather see the bike in standard trim and trade in value would reflect this. That way you would maximise resale value, and have gsxr front end that you can sell on at a later date.

If i got anythng close to 300 i'd be well happy.
Picked up the GSXR front yesterday so there is now a nice hole where my wallet use to be :D
