Car Mechanic In Manchester

Hi,

Does anyone know of a decent car mechanic in manchester who:

A) Doesn't charge ridiculous dealership standard labour rates

and

B) Won't charge me for a quote for the work.

My ****ty battered 51 plate Polo needs at least:

A service,
New ABS sensor
Clutch cable replacing/fixing
Cat replacing

Everywhere I've tried want to charge the ******** off me just to get a quote.
