Pointy Tailtidy/Undertray advice

2 Attachment(s)
Hi, iv got a pointy 2004 sv650, it currently has an undertray (see bolow pic) tailtidy thing, but i want to take it off and put on the standard one as iv had a load of problems with the one thats on it.
Attachment 8187

can anyone tell me, if i buy a tailtidy which mainly look like a small bracket,
Attachment 8188 do i need to buy another undertray. i cant make my mind up whether to get the original undertray/ number plate holder back on it or not.

ah right ok, thanks, well on occasions iv gone over a bump and its pulled the number plate off, its set back further than the original undertray. and because im a bit big for the bike at 6 foot 5 its running close to the tyre.

Re: Pointy Tailtidy/Undertray advice

Re: Pointy Tailtidy/Undertray advice

The only time i have heard on hear of the plate hitting the tyre is when the bike is lowered
