Missing lower fairing parts '02 Curvy 650s
 

I've just bought a 2002 SV650s and its fully faired, but seems to be missing 2 x black plastic pieces from the lower fairings. I've no idea what these are called or what they do, but the bike looks a bit odd with the parts missing. Can anyone tell me what the parts are called (in front of the rad) and what they do. If you can help, I'd like to buy some to make the bike look complete. I would add a photo, but the bike has been bought and is stuck in a friends garage some way away due to the current weather.

How easy is it to repair the fairings as both sides by the front indicators are cracked?

It seems I'll have to get by without them then.

Do some people call them 'fairing ears'? or is that someone else.

Been out of touch - not been biking since 1999!!

there crazy expensive from tcp mate -best bet is on here or ebay.

Thanks again mate. I'm sure I'll find some somewhere. Still waiting to get the bike delivered - bloody snow. I do like it, but not in our country.
