Indicators not fully flashing?
 

Hey guys, seem to be having a problem with indicators. They are the motrax arrow ones which have about 10 led's per indicator. They work, the flash rate is fine, they are bright enough but only 3 of the led's light up, the three main ones. Which is hardly noticeable :(. This happens with all the indicators.
Now i know they arnt broken because occasionally they do work fully, and they have done before my mot, but due to them flashing to fast the garage fitted 4 resistors to each indicator to slow the rate down, which worked fine. But for some reason now they are only getting enough power to light up the three main led's. Iv checked the wires to look for it shorting or anything but cant find anything. This has really puzzled me so i was hoping one of you would be able to help me :)
