Parcelfarce doing a dodgy?

I have been tracking a delivery to me on the Parcelfarce web site for the last couple of day's. Checked this morning to find that it said that it had been delivered to me with no signature and signed for by someone called "DE LIVERD" (their spelling, not mine). I haven't got it and can't find it hidden in a flower bed so called them up. The guy is going to look for it and blamed an "input error". Said he is going to call me and I had to appreciate that it was a busy time for them. I assured him that I did not have the parcel nor was my name Mr De Liverd. 48 hour guaranteed service................... I think not but not sure if I will be ar5ed to get the postage back, should they find it.

Best to search your property (not just flower beds) in case they have just hoyed it somewhere out of sight like they did with my parcel.

Looked under the car, the bike, the rubbish bin, the green waste bin, the bottle bin and the recycling bin, the flower beds, the tree and at my "other" front door (I have 2 front doors, long story).

Nope. Not here.

Parcel force are useless, in the few times I have had stuff delivered by them, they've atempted to deliver despite me being in 3 times and just not delivered for 2 weeks due to a bit of snow.

it may be that he wasnt going to make it so to keep the stats up he signed for it as delivered and then they will worry about getting it to you

This is what I think. I believe that the service says that it should be delivered by noon. I called the local office again a while ago and apparently they are "running around like headless chickens". I did get the promise that I would be called back today . I am not waiting urgently for the item but have paid (as part of the purchase) for a service. I have contacted the seller and told them that is showing delivered but has not been. I will wait and see. At least my new battery has come but that arrived by Interparcel.

My front door is around the side of my house and not visible to the road. At the opposite side of the house there used to be a Gennel (passageway to most of us) through to the back garden. This has been covered and converted into a dining room and utility room but has a normal uPVC front door on each end. This means that anyone coming to the house sees the second front door but not the original side one. Not only did I gain 2 rooms but I can wheel a bike through the house along the adjoining hall and into the garden.

You have to give them time to open it, nick the medals and seal it up again.

Didn't they steal only half the medals?

No call back so far. I think that some serious, sarcastic, abuse for tomorrow morning or Monday. Quite looking forward to it.
