How should I spend £500...?
...on the bike?
Looking forward to my payslip, and hoping theres a Christmas bonus in there (although there hasn't been the last couple of years). Even if we don't get one I'm going to enjoy planning how to spend some of it. The bikes pretty stock except for the screen and seat cowl. Not sure whether I should actually get something for the bike, or accessories such as luggage. (Not really that good at upgrades and don't fancy spending the money in labour). Suggestions please.... |

For a cheap upgrade that looks really good go for an r&g tail tidy :)
How much are you talking for a front and rear suspension upgrade? was considering it myself! |
Re: How should I spend £500.....
Get your fork springs and oil sorted.
Then book yourself on California Superbike School module 1 with the change  |
Re: How should I spend £500.....
suspension and brakes (as above) :P first things i did. Braided lines for a bit of bling and zero 'squidgyness' . Gsxr rear shock. Nice set of linear or progressive springs with oil to match :). If you fleebay it up for the shock you should be able to do all this for about 250 easily. Then get yourself some shiny honk kongish levers. Oh and obv unleash the thunder with a nice endcan.
