VAT Hike!

When does this actually kick in? Is it on the 1st Jan?

Also who plans to make some expensive bike purchases before the deadline.

I want my Shoei Qwest, but not sure what to do?

4th Jan

No VAT at all on crash helmets as they are a safety item

and on small things its barely anything, a customer asked the other day and i worked it out for her, on an item that is £107 atm it will be £109 next year

Any safety equipment is exempt! Hence why my Doc Martins are safety boots and not fashion ones!

Some places are waiting until the next catalogues kick in (toolstation is 17.5% until the 11th of January)
