The inmates have rioted and set the place on fire-i'd be given them tents once things have settled and make them sleep in them-no money for any rebuild until the costs were recouped from the saving from no tv and feeding them minimum nutritional food.

I'm inclined to say that all of the prisoners have breached the trust that meant they were moved to an open prison, and should be moved to more secure accomodation until they can regain that trust...

Now I have to say that I disagree with this comment very, very strongly and I think that it is rather insensitive of you to even suggest it, whether you were joking or not.

Have you no care about the poor human being who would have to go there afterwards and clean up the mess?

Any bullets that miss or go through the scumbags are going to blast chunks out of the concrete and that is going to take some what more than a little coat of render to fix. It would look awful after that with patches and repairs. An earth bank is so much better and if you get the tykes to dig their own pits first, it halves the effort of disposal of corpses.

You just don't think these things through do you! ;)
