New Years Eve/Day injuries - 2011

Okay first of all sorry to those who are reading this while tucking into their lunch.

I'm just picking the remainder of the one inch round blister off my thumb from playing hours of Guitar hero/band hero on New Years Eve and wondered if anyone was more seriously or similarly injured.

To elaborate, as well as the obligatory ipod and party dips, the party we went to had a room with a projector/sound system where the karaoke style entertainment was provided by those able to play the tracks while those too drunk to play sang (although we had all had enough tbh).

So, spill the beans.

i.e. Drunken chase of taxi = sprained ankle.

Can I just ask, how the HELL did you get a blister like that from guitar hero?!! I've got guitar hero and have been known to play for hours and hours and never got a blister!

http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...975.1554961013Not a New Year injury but a Christmas party injury!! Bruise has now faded, this was taken a week after it! I was getting a piggy back and the guy fell forward, put his hands down and catapulted me off his back and I smashed my chin onto the pavement. I still have a big lump on my chin and a pain in my jaw and ear!

Eeeee that looks nasty MBK :smt056

Had 1 of those nights at NY where no matter how hard I tried I wasnt really blootered. This is a run down of yesterday which more than made up for it :smt103

went to the cinema with the gf
went to the nearby pub after. Laugh when she says "I bet I could drink as much as you" and goads me by calling me another name for a cat. Challenge accepted!
she gives up on beer after the 6th pint and goes onto cider
another couple of pints
Go for a chinese buffet
Go to lloyds bar and have a bottle of wine each
ring for a taxi at 10 as gf has head on table asleep
get home carry her upstairs to bed, then the bathroom
Sit on bathroom floor with sobbing gf
Hold her hair for her as she ralfs up the worst smelling sick youve ever smelled whilst trying not to throw up myself all down her back

Shes spent the day in bed wondering why she has a sore nose, elbow and little toe. I was fresh as a daisy and went out on the bike to get us a KFC which she barely touched. I think I win :king:
