Indicator question

Both My right hand indicators have stopped working!! I take it one should still work if a bulb or connection has gone in the other? Going to get some more wire just in case. What amp rating should i get?

If just one bulb goes the others will flash faster.

Sorted it. Was the switch gear! I split the switch and drowned it in contact cleaner. Jobs a good un! :-)
