Relay to ignition advice needed.
 

Hey,

Im trying to wire in via a relay some heated grips to power on with the ignition and have checked out the canyon chasers info about relays etc.. but can't seem to get it to work using their diagram. Enclosed is a pic of the relay.....

- please could a helpful orger let me know where I need to connect each wire as i'm not very electrically minded but can solder with the best of them :)

I have the following connections to hook up to each of the four pins on the relay (its a curvy btw):
1)wire tapped into blue and white wire (ignition)
2) earth wire to battery and heated grip negative
3) wire to battery positive (with inline fuse fitted)
4) live wire from heated grips.

The non working diagram from canyon chasers has 1 connected to 85, 2 connected to 86, 3 to 87 and 4 to 30 - if that makes sense!

Any advice much appreciated

30 - live in from battery.
87 - live out to load - grip switch
85 & 85 one to a frame ground, the other to an ignition controlled live.
