Varying prices of a game.
Observing a discussion on the price of certain games from another site. It would seem that the UK is not as expensive as first thought. I've listed one game which is popular on the PS3. The reason for doing it, was simply because I was bored.
I do realise that maybe I should have looked for a more newish game, but I wanted to make sure that I could get a few countries. call of duty: black ops (PS3) UK: £42.99 Italy: 56.99 Euro/ £48.41 France: 63.99 Euro/ £54.36 Germany: 69.99 Euro/ £59.45 Belgium: 59.99/ £50.96 All prices taken from the first shop that i've come across from that particular country, using their search engines. Current conversion: 26/01/2011 1 Euro = 0.85p or £1 = 1.78 Euro Obviously there are going to be places that are cheaper, but I thought i'd just show some examples. The reason for not putting down the american price is that it is obvious that they pay far less than what we do. Always have and probably always will. Ste. |

i wouldn't say they earn more, if anything less in most countrys. it will all be down to inport and export prices to those countries.
