Baby Owen Sweepstake

Afternoon boys and girls, some of you will remember the wife and I are expecting our first child in the coming weeks.

Following repeated suggestion I've started a sweepstake on when our drain on resources will arrive. Each bet will cost a whopping £1 which should hopefully accumulate to fund the pot/a donation to the NSPCC. Please if you have no way of getting the money to me / recieving your potential winnings then please dont bet as it'll only complicate things.

You are betting on:
Date of Birth, Sex and Weight.
The winner who correctly guesses all 3 will win £25, the closest runner up will win £10.
If no one correctly guesses all 3 then the £25 will also be donated to the NSPCC, the closest runner up will still recive thier £10

We are accepting payments via paypal (matt-owen@hotmail.com) but please remember to add a note saying who you are so I can tick off those that have paid. I will not add your name/bet onto the sheet (pdf copy attached) until I've recived payment, and the details / winner will be posted up on here along with a pic of baby Owenski on his/her arrival.

NOTE THE DUE DATE IS MARCH THE 18th AND WE ARE UNAWARE OF GENDER

Please follow the format of this example Bet:
Owenski : 18th March : Female : 7lbs 7oz

I cant do that but I can share with everyone that it is our first child, we dont know the sex but I will tell you; my farthers entire blood line ie, My dad, his dad, his dad and his dad have only ever been farther to sons. That said, In Abi's family the first born has always been a girl so... make of those what you will.

The expected date is 18th March and that was based on the size of the fetus on its 12week scan however both Abi and I are iccle people so this size may not be enterily respective of its gestation age.

I was born 2 weeks late (they had to come in and get me) Abi was born 10days early.

Actually not all women go over on their first the last two of my friends to give birth were 5 weeks early each with their first and they were both girls

My first was a boy and was induced at two weeks late

Good luck to you both I hope all goes smoothly

I'm crap at these but it's for a good cause. If I win I'm donating mine to NSPCC as well.

17th March, Girl, 7lbs 8oz.

If there are no signs by the 16th then make her a hot bath, have loads of nookie (it's for a good cause)! If you feel up to it, stretch and sweep also, and drink a gallon of pineapple juice :D

You're going to regret this if you only get 20 entrants and somebody gets it right. £15 quid out of pocket you'll be.

Nice choice of charity BTW, NSPCC and UNICEF always get my pennies when there's a pot to donate, so I'll start you off

-Ralph-: 22nd March : Female : 8lbs 3oz
